We offer three things: getting LogAIq_ running, teaching your people to run it themselves, and building web pages and small apps for you.

Deploy

We set LogAIq_ up for your organisation. That means connecting it to your data sources read-only, describing your data in business terms (what a customer, an invoice or a deal means in your organisation), and choosing the setup that fits: inside your own network or cloud account, so your data stays under your control. Installation is tailored to each environment, and we agree it with you before we start.

Train

We teach your people to set up and run LogAIq_ themselves, through its admin screens, without touching code:

• Data sources. How to connect your databases and describe your data in business terms, and how to configure it so people's questions are understood.
• Roles and personal data. How to set up roles, decide who can reach which data, and control personal data (PII), so it is hidden from everyone except the roles you choose.
• Guardrails. How to keep answers safe: redacting personal data, and limiting what LogAIq_ can reach and how hard it queries your systems.
• New capabilities. How to add or adjust what LogAIq_ can answer, such as new measures, patterns and kinds of question, using the admin screens with no code changes.
• Everyday use. How to ask good questions, and how to read an answer and the steps behind it.

Build

We build web pages and small-scale apps for you, using AI tools to work quickly, with a quick turnaround. A person guides every build: we agree what it should do with you first, and we test it before it goes live. If you have a small tool in mind, such as a company website, a booking page or an internal app for a team, tell us what it should do.
